It takes a great team

You have a great team supporting you at the HVA corporate office. This year, they have all taken on additional responsibilities without complaining (well, at least with very little complaining.) You hear some of our team on the webinars and see at the meetings. Others work hard to support you in the background. You may not even know their name, but they are there if you need them. Below is an email we received about one of our team, Jared in our IT department. We appreciate Brenda sending the email as a reminder how great a team we have.

I just wanted to take a moment and let you know what an outstanding employee you have in Jared Healer.  No matter when I call or how big or small in detail the question I ask on the RESULTS system , he is always happy to help and never makes me feel stupid.   He explains things in a way that I understand and never leaves the call until I do.   He has been a great help in teaching me ways to streamline my activities so that I can be more productive.  Jared is an asset to this organization.
