HomeVestors of America, Inc., the company known for its "We Buy Ugly Houses" billboards, awarded 10 new franchise agreements last month, including one in St. Louis and one in Joplin.
Tim Estepp and Greg Kilper are the new franchisees in St. Louis, and Tyler Swift and Vanessa Ellis were awarded a franchise in Joplin, a new market for HomeVestors.
HomeVestors franchisees have bought more than 37,000 homes nationwide over the last 12 years. The franchise network specializes in buying, rehabbing and selling single-family homes. Dallas-based HomeVestors of America Inc. has more than 210 franchises throughout the nation.
