2007 Development Team Finishes Strong!

Bonus program to continue in 2008

Thanks in large part to the support and referrals of franchisees, 47 new franchises joined the HomeVestors' network in 2007 as Franchise Development sold three more franchises than the previous year and completed 20 transfers of existing franchises. 

Since the last Franchise Development update in The Vestor's Voice®, the following new franchises have joined the network:
  • Ted Grupp in Philadelphia, PA
  • Tony Kallas in Corpus Christi, TX
  • Stephen Rodio in Providence, RI 
  • Brian Wagstaff in Spokane, WA 
  • Robbie Spaeth and David Ray in Montgomery, AL
Referral Bonus Program Continues

HVA will continue the referral bonus program in 2008. HVA will pay a bonus of $10,000 for each new franchise referral. Last year, HVA paid $130,000 in bonus money to franchisees.

To be a qualified referral, the prospect must have heard about the HVA franchise opportunity from the referring franchisee and must be registered with the Franchise Development Department. If a lead's name and contact information already exists in HVA's sales database, the lead does not qualify for this program.
This referral program does not include transfers of existing franchises although Franchise Development will continue to offer $2,500 in advertising credit for each transfer referred.

Webinars Accessible Every Tuesday

Franchise prospects can learn about the HVA franchise opportunity by joining a live franchise development Webinar. During these phone and Internet presentations, prospects learn about HomeVestors and interact with the Franchise Development team from the comfort of their homes or offices. They can ask questions via phone or e-mail, enjoying the same opportunity to interact with the team as they would have at a live seminar.
