HVA's Franchise Development Has Record Month Sales record set in March
The HVA Franchise Development team set a record in March with 14 franchise sales that included 11 new sales and three re-sales (transfers). We are excited to see that our franchise brokers have begun to produce results for Franchise Development. Of the 14 franchise sales, one new sale and one re-sale came from Franchoice, and one new sale from The Entrepreneur Authority.
During the past few months, Franchise Development has been conducting seminars in the field to recruit new franchisees. The goal of these seminars is to target key markets where HomeVestors needs more development. During the seminars, Franchise Development and HVA's Marketing staff give an overview of the HomeVestors opportunity. At each seminar, we ask our local franchisees to attend the event, make a five- to ten-minute presentation, and field any questions from the prospects. At our last seminar in Philadelphia, we had 11 prospects attend from Philadelphia, New Jersey and Baltimore. Two of our Philadelphia and Delaware franchisees joined us at the seminar. They did a terrific job presenting “a day in the life of a HomeVestors franchisee.” HomeVestors has welcomed 15 new franchises into our system since the last Franchise Development update in The Vestor's Voice®.
