Interested prospects already lining up By Monica Feid
HVA is now awarding franchises in New Jersey and Oregon. Jason Killough, director of franchise development for HomeVestors, says prospects have already expressed an interest in purchasing a HomeVestors franchise in those states.
“We’re expanding from coast to coast,” says John P. Hayes, president and CEO of HomeVestors. “Our franchisees have bought more than 25,000 homes and have transformed neighborhoods across the nation. Now we’re ready to make a positive difference in New Jersey and Oregon.”
Development plans include opening as many as 42 locations in New Jersey and 15 locations in Oregon.
