Select franchisees collaborate to benefit entire franchise network
HomeVestors' first Diamond Club Invitational will be held August 25-27, 2005 at the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas. This invitation only event will bring together Diamond Club Members (franchisees who renewed their franchise agreement), FAC Representatives, Ad Council Presidents, HVA's 2004 Top Ten Franchisees, and HVA's 2004 Best Customers.
This is an opportunity for leading franchisees to collaborate with each other and with HomeVestors on the future direction of HVA's business. The Diamond Club Invitational will focus on important business-improving opportunities that will help participants buy more houses, expand their exit strategies, and add profit to their bottom lines in 2005. Attendees, in turn, will relay the valuable information they gather to their Ad Councils.
Attendees will:
- Learn how to increase business revenue
- Learn how to use the profit-making ideas of top franchisees
- Help HVA establish strategic initiatives for the next year
- Participate in the development of HVA's marketing plan
- Network with leaders of HVA's franchise system
Participants will have an opportunity to identify areas of concern and interest for the future development and operations of HVA. Franchisees will discuss pertinent market-specific issues and recommend future strategic initiatives. Essentially, this is a chance for top franchisees to help steer the direction of HVA by identifying operational priorities for their franchisor to focus on!
Attendees will be asked to present one money-making idea that increased their HVA business revenue or profit in the past year. Each idea will be recorded and published in the "Diamond Club Invitational Best Money-Making Ideas for 2005" booklet, to be distributed at the 2005 Annual Convention in Denver.
