The house was built in 1948. It had a fire which started in the basement. There were multiple ignition sources such as partially full whiskey bottles, and numerous paper sources. The house is in a really nice neighborhood. It is a Cape Cod style with dormers and an enclosed patio added on to the back of the house. It as 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and had an updated kitchen. The entire inside needs to be renovated including electrical, insulation, drywall, HVAC/new system and ductwork added for the AC, windows, siding, and roof.
