This property was the eyesore of the neighborhood. Roof had leaked for several years and none of the plumbing was functioning properly. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath villa had not been cleaned or maintained for several years. We used four 40-yard dumpsters to clean out the house before we started rehab. Everything (I mean EVERYTHING!) was replaced in this home. Cesar Rivera and his crew of Wayne Prax and Eric Rubin made this ugly house the pride of the neighborhood!
