I am in the real estate business and can tell when I am dealing with someone who is a professional and when I'll be looking at a "retrade" risk from the buyer. Rye [HomeVesors franchisee] was very professional, "Institutional". He did a thorough job of inspecting the house. He let me work through other offers while continuing to show interest. We had three offers higher than the HomeVestors' offer, but went with Rye's offer because he left us with confidence that he was a "closer" and that we weren't going to be retraded into a lower price.Mark F.
